The Virginia Village neighborhood, located in Southeast Denver, has had a surge of redevelopment over the past decade. You will mostly likely find Virginia Village residents jogging, cycling and rollerblading along the Cherry Creek bike path, and also through Cook and Garland Parks. The neighborhood’s western face has good retail shopping along Colorado Boulevard which includes Whole Foods, Home Depot, Barnes and Noble, and DSW. You will also find plenty of hotels and restaurants. I-25 and Light Rail are easily accessible. One unique feature is the Cherry Creek Regional Trail, a 24.6 mile walking and biking trail that runs alongside Cherry Creek and goes all the way to downtown Denver.
